Email usIs SuperFocus really free?
Yes. Every feature is free (time tracking, limits, and hiding distractions), with no account and no trial clock.
Where is my browsing data stored?
In your browser, on your computer. SuperFocus has no backend for your history or settings, and there's no account to sign in to. We only receive anonymous product events like installs and error reports. See the privacy policy.
Which sites can it declutter?
YouTube (feed, Shorts, comments, related videos, sidebar, live chat and more), X / Twitter, Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. Every element is a separate toggle. Time tracking and limits work on any website.
How do daily limits work?
Pick a site and a budget, say 15 minutes. Once you've spent it, the site shows a block page for the rest of the day. Set the limit to 0 minutes to block a site entirely. You can optionally allow a single 5-minute extension.
Can I see a feed for just a few minutes?
Yes. Since v2.9 you can pause hiding on a site for 5, 15 or 30 minutes from the SuperFocus popup. Each pause starts after a short wait that grows through the day, and hiding switches back on by itself. See what's new.
Does it work in Microsoft Edge?
Yes. Install it from Edge Add-ons. It also runs in other Chromium browsers that support the Chrome Web Store.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Everything runs locally, so tracking, limits and hidden feeds keep working without an internet connection.
Can I take my data with me?
Export your history to CSV anytime, or back up and restore everything from the settings page.
