Features

Everything for focus. Nothing extra.

Three tools that work together: a tracker that tells the truth, limits that hold, and a quieter version of the sites you can't quit.

Automatic time tracking

No timers to start. See every site ranked by the time you actually spent there: today, by day, and all time.

x.com · unlimited x.com · 15 min a day

Limits that hold

Give any site a daily budget. When it's spent, the site is blocked until tomorrow. Or set 0 minutes to block it outright.

Hide the rabbit holes

Keep the site, lose the feed. Remove Shorts, comments, trends and recommendations on YouTube, X, Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.

Counts real attention

Step away and the clock stops. Only the focused tab counts, unless it's playing audio, so a lecture in the background still adds up.

Private by design

No account, no sign-up. Your browsing history lives in your browser and never touches our servers. Works offline, too.

History you can read

Day-by-day charts, hourly breakdowns and per-site trends. Export everything to CSV or back it up whenever you like.

Time tracking

Screen time, without the stopwatch.

Tracking starts the moment you install. SuperFocus watches the focused tab, pauses when you step away, and turns the day into numbers you can act on.

  • Today's sites, ranked by time
  • Hour-by-hour activity chart
  • Day-by-day history and all-time totals
  • Stops counting when you're idle
  • Live time on the toolbar icon
  • No-track list for sites you'd rather skip
Daily limits

A budget for every rabbit hole.

Give a site 20 minutes a day and SuperFocus keeps count. When the time is up, a calm block page replaces it until tomorrow.

  • Per-site daily time limits
  • Set 0 minutes to block outright
  • Optional one-time 5-minute extension
  • Daily summary notifications
  • Custom reminders for chosen sites
  • Limits reset every midnight
Hide distractions

Keep the site. Lose the feed.

Blocking YouTube also blocks the tutorial you needed. SuperFocus removes only the parts engineered to keep you scrolling, with one toggle per element.

Pauses with a little friction.

Sometimes you do need the feed. Pause hiding on a site for 5, 15 or 30 minutes, after a short wait that grows with each pause that day. A countdown on the page shows the time left, and hiding switches back on by itself.

  • Waits of 10s, 30s, 1 min, then 2 min per pause
  • Turning hiding off for good means typing a phrase, then waiting
  • Bringing back one element takes a 30-second wait
