Block Reddit
Open Reddit on purpose.
Most Reddit time starts with a reflexive new tab. SuperFocus asks what you came for, hides the feed of posts, and caps the day at a limit you choose, or blocks Reddit entirely.
Free · No account · Chrome and Edge
What you get
- Hides the feed of posts and the front page sidebar
- Asks what you came for when you open the home page
- A daily limit, or 0 minutes to block Reddit completely
- Checks back after 10 minutes: still on task?
- See exactly how much Reddit time you spend each week
- No account, nothing to sign in to
Ready-made setup
Reddit, on purpose
No feed of posts to scroll, a question before the Reddit home page opens, and 30 minutes a day before Reddit is blocked until tomorrow.
See the setupCan I block Reddit completely?
Yes. Set the daily limit to 0 minutes (the Block option in setup) and Reddit shows a block page all day.
Is it hard to switch off in a weak moment?
That is the point. Pausing starts with a short wait that grows each time you pause in a day, and turning hiding off for good asks you to type a sentence first.
Does it work on old.reddit.com?
Add old.reddit.com as its own site in setup to limit or block it too. Hiding the feed is built for the current reddit.com design.
